Portable Building For Sale

I have a 16 foot by 10 foot portable building for sale.

It's insulated and is wired for electricity.
The inside walls still need to be finished out with wallboard. For example,
you would need to finish the inside with sheetrock or paneling.

It has a high ceiling inside, although we haven't measured it.
The building sits up on concrete cinder blocks. The building is
made of wood siding and is painted.

This would make a great hunting cabin or workshop building. The roof
is in good shape (no leaks as far as we can tell). As you can see from
the photos below, the front doors would probably need to be replaced.

The owner is moving to the city and cannot take it with her
to the new property. So, it absolutely must be sold and removed
by the evening of Saturday, November 26th.

The new owner is responsible for moving the building off of the property. Check your
local building codes to make sure if this property is for you and your particular location.
